A seafood vendor sports a rather badass tattoo of a scorpion. The owner of the tattoo is not quite someone you'd expect. The man, who's face is not visible, is somewhere in his early to mid 60s, wears glasses, and had well-combed hair. Nonetheless, the tattoo suited him very well, and adds more to his already mysterious nature.
